This blog explores this evolution, with a particular focus on the urgency of this transformation in light of Project 2025—a political agenda that threatens the rights and dignity of many marginalized communities.


Understanding the Role of an Ally

By embracing the principles of DEIBJ and actively opposing initiatives like Project 2025, individuals and organizations can move beyond performative allyship and engage in meaningful, impactful advocacy. Becoming an accomplice means committing to the hard work of dismantling oppressive systems and standing in true solidarity with marginalized people. It is a journey that requires courage, humility, and a deep commitment to justice.
